BindIQ AI, LLC — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. PERMITTED USE

Customer may use the Services solely for legitimate business purposes related to insurance operations, risk management, underwriting support, policy analysis, proposal generation, coverage comparison, data organization, and other lawful business activities contemplated by the Agreement.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Customer and Authorized Users shall not use the Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Process data unlawfully.
• Generate fraudulent insurance documents.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Abuse system resources.
• Harass or threaten others.

3. INSURANCE INDUSTRY COMPLIANCE

Customer remains responsible for all insurance advice, recommendations, proposals, submissions, and placements and shall independently verify AI-generated outputs.

4. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer shall maintain accurate account information, secure credentials, and promptly revoke access when no longer needed.

5. DATA SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Customer shall maintain commercially reasonable security practices and promptly report suspected incidents.

6. RESTRICTED DATA

Customer shall not upload PHI without a BAA or other restricted data without appropriate authorization.

7. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

Provider may monitor system activity necessary to maintain security, stability, and compliance.

8. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

Provider may suspend access for violations of this AUP, security threats, or legal requirements.

9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Violations may be reported to support@bindiq.ai.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Provider may update this AUP upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice.

11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using the Services, Customer agrees to comply with this AUP.
